Head in the Clouds is returning to Brookside at the Rose Bowl on August 8 with a lineup that spans across K-pop, hip-hop, R&B, dance music and global pop. KATSEYE will close out the night, with XG, Rich Brian and Dabin.kr performing before them.

We’re really looking forward to seeing up-and-coming acts like no na, KiiiKiii , Tiffany Day, and LNGSHOT perform a bit earlier in the day. Away from the main stage, Rhea Raj and Tiffany Day (pulling double-duty) will both play DJ sets at the Toyota Music Den.

Head in the Clouds has long been one of our favorite music festivals, and we can’t wait to see all of these artists perform live next weekend:

no na

no na is returning to Head in the Clouds LA after an incredible performance last year. The Indonesian group includes Christy, Esther, Baila and Shaz, who bring together pop, R&B and influences from their own backgrounds. The video for their new single, “honk!”, just dropped today, and it’ll be released on their debut album Island Girl on September 18th.

DANakaDAN

DANakaDAN has been making music for around two decades, and his newest music video, “U CANT SEE ME,” is incredible. He came up during the Golden Age of Asian American YouTube creators and worked with legends like Far East Movement, Wong Fu Productions, Ryan Higa, and AJ Rafael. His indie hip-hop is deeply personal, exploring adoption, identity, and belonging. We can’t wait to catch his opening set at the Toyota Music Den stage at 1 p.m.

kiOra

kiOra will open the main stage with a brief 10-minute set. The Japanese girl group was formed through Sony Music’s TORA PROJECT and includes OTO, KYLA, RUKA and YU. They first appeared at Head in the Clouds Tokyo earlier this year. Their Pasadena performance will serve as an early U.S. introduction for a group that is still at the beginning of its career.

BE:FIRST

BE:FIRST takes the stage immediately after kiOra for a short 15-minute set. The Japanese group is known for mixing pop, hip-hop and R&B with sharp choreography and strong live performances. They also arrive with new music after releasing “Missing” in July. With such a limited slot, the group will probably focus on a few songs that show why they have become one of Japan’s biggest recent breakout acts.

Gia Fu

Gia Fu will bring a completely different sound to the festival early in the afternoon. The Hong Kong-born DJ and producer is best known for playing salsa and Afro-Latin music rather than the K-pop, R&B and hip-hop that make up most of the lineup. She has also spent years studying and documenting salsa culture. Her set should give the early crowd one of the day’s first real opportunities to dance.

Warren Hue

Warren Hue remains one of the artists most closely tied to 88rising’s younger generation. The Jakarta-born rapper and singer first gained attention by making music from his bedroom before signing with the label and moving to Los Angeles. We’re looking forward to hearing him perform his new track “MARTIAN”.

KiiiKiii

KiiiKiii arrives at Head in the Clouds as one of the newest K-pop groups on the lineup. The five-member Starship Entertainment group debuted in 2025 with “I Do Me”. Their music leans into Y2K references and a more carefree version of the polished K-pop formula. A 35-minute set should give them more room to show their personality than the typical music-show appearances we’ve seen from them. “404 (New Era)” is one of our favorite K-pop songs of 2026 so far.

Rhea Raj

Rhea Raj will play a DJ set at the Toyota Music Den from 4 to 4:30 p.m. The Indian American singer, songwriter and producer has built her own world of dramatic dance-pop through releases like HUNTER and COMMOTION. Songs including “Haute Couture,” “Mumbai” and “Killer” mix club music, pop-star theatrics and pieces of her South Asian identity. Her set overlaps with part of Tiffany Day’s main-stage performance, which could create one of the tougher choices of the afternoon.

Tiffany Day

Tiffany Day gets two separate appearances at this year’s festival. She will first perform a live main-stage set before taking the stage later for a DJ set at the Toyota Music Den. Her music has grown from intimate bedroom pop into something bigger, louder and much more electronic. With her new album HALO out this year, the two sets should give fans a chance to see both sides of what she has been building. Her recent Boiler Room set is easily one of the best Boiler Room sets of 2026. Also, we have to shout out her PAN!C ROOM set, which includes a transition of EsDeeKid into Frost Children’s remix of Ninajirachi into kimj’s “My Unnies” into her remix of “PRETTY4U”? What an incredible mix.

LNGSHOT

LNGSHOT will be one of the newest groups performing at the festival. The South Korean boy group debuted under Jay Park’s MORE VISION label with the EP SHOT CALLERS. Their early material, including “Saucin’,” draws heavily from hip-hop and R&B, which is clearly the influence of Jay Park at play. Their 40-minute set will be a major opportunity to introduce themselves to an international audience. We’ve had “Moonwalkin’” on replay since it dropped at the beginning of the year.

UMI

UMI will bring a quieter and more reflective stretch to the late afternoon. The Seattle-born singer blends R&B, soul, folk and pop with lyrics that often focus on relationships, vulnerability and personal growth. Many fans still know her best for the unforgettable “Remember Me” that dropped in 2018. More recently, her COLORS SHOW performance blew us away.

Rich Brian

Rich Brian has been part of Head in the Clouds since the inaugural festival in 2018. The Indonesian rapper played a major role in 88rising’s rise and has grown far beyond the viral song that introduced him to American audiences. His latest album, WHERE IS MY HEAD?, brought more singing, live instrumentation and introspection into his music. His set should balance older songs that longtime fans expect with a newer version of Brian that feels more personal and less interested in proving himself. We can’t wait to hear his newest song “Tear” live.

Dabin.kr

Dabin.kr returns to the festival after previously performing under the name DPR LIVE. Since leaving the DPR collective, the South Korean rapper has been using his own name to signal an artistic evolution. His recent music still includes the melodic delivery and bilingual verses that built his international following, but everything feels a little more personal now.

XG

XG will take over the main stage for a full hour near the end of the night. The Japanese group has built a global audience through its mix of rap, R&B, vocals and some of the strongest choreography in pop. We can’t wait to hear them perform songs for their first full-length album, THE CORE, which came out at the beginning of 2026.

KATSEYE

KATSEYE will close the festival with a one-hour headlining set. The global girl group has quickly moved from survival-show debut to major stages around the world, with songs like “Touch,” “Gnarly” and “Gabriela” pushing them further into mainstream pop. They also arrive with new music, including “Animal,” ahead of their upcoming EP WILD. Head in the Clouds could end up feeling less like another festival stop and more like the opening night of KATSEYE’s next era.
