BTS is back! Here’s what ARMY is eating and drinking across California to celebrate

From San Diego Korean fried chicken nights to Bay Area boba drops, themed desserts, KBBQ promos, and comeback parties, BTS’s return is turning ARMY fandom into a full food-and-drink moment across California.

The BTS comeback is never just about the music.

2. AleSmith Brewing – ARIRANG AIR: Destination Comeback

Location: San Diego, CA

AleSmith Brewing hosted a BTS comeback party that brought ARMY culture into one of San Diego’s best breweries. With a market-style format and fan-focused details, the event shows how BTS celebrations can expand beyond cafes into bigger local venues.

3. Urban MO’s Bar & GrillARIRANG: A BTS Dance Party

Urban MO’s turned the BTS comeback into a night out, with an all-Bangtan dance party tied to the group’s album release and tour era.

At Feng Cha San Diego, BTS fans grabbed boba, freebies in anticipation of the group’s world tour.

6. Boba & More — BTS Bay Area Takeover

Boba & More’s BTS Bay Area Takeover turned the Dublin shop into a fan hub with BTS-inspired drinks and trivia.

7. Insomnibar — Limited-edition BTS drinks

Location: San Jose, CA

Insomnibar created limited-edition BTS-inspired drinks for ARMY for the BTS show at Stanford last weekend.

8. The Korner Store Bites & Vibes — BTS Arirang listening party

Location: San Francisco, CA

The Korner Store brought BTS’s Arirang era into a Korean pub setting with music, themed drinks, and AYCE anju (Korean food/snacks that are meant to be eaten while drinking soju or beer). This event stands out in a sea of ARMY events that took place at boba shops.

9. Max’s Cakes — BTS Bakery Takeover

Location: Hayward, CA

Max’s Cakes brought the BTS celebration into dessert form with a bakery takeover in Hayward. For a fandom known for making every detail feel personal, themed cakes and sweets gave ARMY another way to mark the moment together.

10. Ryokucha Cafe — ARMYRANG Stanford special menu

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Ryokucha Cafe created a special food and drink menu for the ARMYRANG Vendor Market last weekend in Palo Alto. This was the perfect spot for ARMY to stop by before the BTS show at Stanford on May 17th.

11. Mom’s Tofu — Soondubu for ARMY

Location: Bay Area, CA

Mom’s Tofu shared an open invitation with ARMY during BTS’s Bay Area concert run. The post reflects how Korean restaurants directly leaned into the wave of fans looking for a meal around the stadium weekend.

12. Vesta — V’s new favorite pizza joint

Location: Redwood Ciy, CA

Vesta’s pizza is so incredible that V from BTS praised it onstage during one of their Stanford shows last weekend. Ever since then, ARMY has been flooding into Vesta to try out V’s favorite pizza.

13. Seorai Korean BBQ x Chungdam Korean BBQ

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Seorai Korean BBQ and Chungdam Korean BBQ were the KBBQ places to be during the BTS Stanford run. They both offered a 5% discount for any ARMY wearing BTS merch and a 10% discount for ARMY who brought their concert ticket.

14. POGU Restaurant at Jagalchi

Location: Daly City, CA

POGU Restaurant inside the Jagalchi Korean Food Complex welcomed ARMY with a limited-time BTS concert-ticket discount from May 14 to May 27. The 20% off discount for any concert attendees made it the perfect place to pre-game or wind down after the show.

15. Tasty Pot

Location: Bay Area, CA

Tasty Pot leaned into BTS week by playing BTS all day from May 13 to May 20 and offering a 10% off discount for any ARMY wearing purple. Tasty Pot offered the discount at four of their stores in the Bay Area.
